ASSISTANT WRESTLING COACH - Talent Middle School

REPORTS TO: Building Administrator/Head Coach
SALARY: As determined by negotiated salary schedule and current memorandums of understanding with the collective bargaining unit.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Assume responsibility and leadership duties for the wrestling team. Assist Head Coach in teaching fundamentals of wrestling, setting up physical conditioning, supervising athletes, attending all meets and tournaments, etc. and organization of wrestling operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two or more years’ experience wrestling.
- Knowledge of fundamentals and techniques.
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification.
- Must have a flexible work schedule to accommodate practices and matches.
PREFERENCES:
- May be given to those candidates who hold a valid Oregon teaching license.
- May be given to those candidates who are bilingual in Spanish and English.
